Season 3 Part 1

SPOILERS ABOUT SEASON 3!! Do not read if you don't want to!!

      Out of all of the complete seasons on Once Upon a Time I would say, season 3 is my favorite. In season 3 you journey to a place that you always wanted to when you were a kid...Neverland. What I like about this show is that they put a twist to every disney classic that makes the show even better. Season 3 Emma, Mary, David, Regina, Hook and even Mr. Gold go on a journey to save Henry who has been taken by people who work for Peter Pan.

     The backstory about Peter Pan is that he needs the heart of the truest believer to stay alive. Neverland was only a place where kids go in their sleep it was not meant for someone to stay forever. Pan is actually Rumple's dad. When Rumple was little, his dad was not the best. His dad was known as the village coward. Rumple wanted him to get away from this place and using a magic bean they wished to go to Neverland. Because his dad was too old he couldn't use pixie dust to fly. Pan decided to stay here but he could live here with his son because his son was a reminder that he wasn't young anymore. Pan decided to give a shadow, Rumple to take him home again, leaving him young again.

     Pan tries to convince Henry that be a "hero" and save Neverland when in reality he will only be making Pan live longer. The whole island is like a death trap. There is a poison that could kill you called Dreamshade. Dreamshade can only be cured if you drink water from a river but you would have to stay on the island. Throughout the whole season Pan does play fair. He gives clues and puzzles for the team to solve but they have to come face to face to who they really are. Once they finally find Henry they try to warn him that Pan is lying but unfortunately Henry believes Pan and allows him to take his heart.

     Ultimately they save Henry and go back to Storybrooke. They later find out Pan enacts a curse to make the town the "New Neverland". Where Emma and Henry leave into the Real World while everyone from the Enchanted forest returns there.
